DELICIOUS FOOD. WORLD-INSPiRED
We chase flavor everywhere. Fresh heat from Southeast Asia. Smoky swagger from American BBQ. Precision from the Far East. South American fire in every bite.
Call it “fusion” if you want. We just call it freedom.
We push plant-based food to hit harder — technique + killeringredients = flavor first, planet happy. We keep it creative. Seasonal.Mostly local. Always made by human hands. And yeah… the beer is always cold.
"Very cozy place, the staff is the friendliest, nice crowd, very good menu with 8 starters, 10 mains and 3 desserts to choose from, the food was flavourful, well prepared and presented, and the portions are definitely not small! I loved this place."

"Incredible food, lovey waitstaff and service. Would not disappoint a meat eater, kimchi burgers is easily on of the best burgers I’ve ever had and the sticky meatballs are amazing"

DELICIOUS
We chase deliciousness by selecting the best ingredients, making mostly in-house or with selected producers we trust.
Technique also plays quite a role in our kitchen. We love to ferment, pickle, smoke, macerate, marinate, and test the limits of fresh produce against fire.
- OUR MANIFESTO -
FOREVER
Good food should last — for us and the planet.
That’s why veggies take center stage at SOIL.
Seasonal. Local. Real. Because it’s not truly delicious if it’s not sustainable.
JOY
Food is about pleasure, comfort, and connection.
We cook for moments — shared tables, laughter, and friendships.
Because joy is the main ingredient in everything we make.
Why we do it
IIt all started with a simple idea — we just wanted to make delicious food for everyone, only without the animal part.
Over time, we became more aware of how what we eat impacts the planet, especially when it comes to animal proteins. But growing up around meat, giving up flavor was never an option.
At home, cooking plant-based meals felt easy and exciting. Out in the world, though, it was a different story. The options were repetitive, predictable — they just didn’t hit that same spark.
So we started experimenting. One year of ideas, tastings, and late-night conversations later, SOIL Vegan Café was born — a casual, friendly place where anyone can drop by for lunch, dinner, or a drink and know one thing for sure: everything is made to taste amazing. It just happens to be plant-based.
