SOIL routine is, to say the least, intense. You will be standing on your feet for hours, lifting weight and carrying boxes back and forth. You will work around fire, sharp objects and doing heavy cleaning. You work hard when others play.
We produced a lot in house. So you'll have to work with precision and accuracy to guarantee our guests have a great experience at all times, consistently. A restaurant job is about the repetition that strengthens your brain muscle.
To bring more people into the plant-based mindset and lifestyle, our service is casual and our prices are moderate. As much as we love technique and creativity we have no intention of being an expensive fine dining restaurant.
Everyone is equally important and every team member is willing to help each other. We value camaraderie.
Experience is a plus, not a must. But we will dedicate a fair amount of time giving you the ropes and teaching you a lot of technique. Therefore we do require a longer term commitment. So please, no tourists.
